Terms of Service
House Cleaning Phoenix (housecleaningphoenix.net) is operated by ALZU Cleaning Service LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By requesting service from House Cleaning Phoenix you agree to the following. These terms are a short draft and may be updated.
Quotes and pricing
We quote after a few questions about your home, and the price is confirmed with you before we book. A quote depends on what you tell us, such as the type of clean, the size and condition of the home and how often you want service. If the home turns out to be very different from what was described, we will tell you before we start.
Quote requests
Sending the quote form is a request for a quote, not a booking. A cleaning is booked only after we confirm the price, date and time with you.
First-cleaning offer
New customers get 25% off their first cleaning, limited to one per household and not combinable with other offers.
What is included
Each type of clean has a checklist, and we confirm what is and is not included when you book. Tasks that are not on the checklist may be possible for an extra charge that we agree with you first.
Access and safety
You agree to give us safe access to the home at the agreed time. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe, for example hazardous materials, aggressive animals or unsafe working conditions.
Scheduling changes
Rescheduling and cancellation terms are confirmed when you book.
Fragile and valuable items
Please put away anything fragile, valuable or irreplaceable before we arrive.
